2 of the last 3 days I’ve been at Memorials for 2 iconic coaches. Bill Dellinger and Joe Vigil. The thing that stood out the most when hearing their athletes speak was not their wins and losses or the world class athletes that they produced. It was the lifetime relationships.

Congratulations to 2012 SAUTFXC LEGEND, and 7x NAIA All-American, John Darmody on his induction into the St. Ambrose Athletics Hall of Fame!! John rewrote the record books at SAU and raised the bar for what success could look like. We are so proud!!Congratulations, John!

Max Kirby won the first section (of 3) of the IHSA 2A 3200m. He executed his race plan to the letter, running a season-best, ultimately placing 10th, one spot outside All-State. Tough to do from the "slow heat." We're excited now for CC! Great season Irish!

Freshman Joley Sullivan got a podium 3rd place finish in the 800 time of 2:12.73 breaking the school record.She also got 6th in the 1500 with a time of 4:37.19 breaking the previous 19 year old record. She broke schools records in all 4 of her events at the state meet.Nice work!!

Nationals-finals of the steeple Kaitlyn finished 11th. Not where she had hoped to place but still a solid race. Nothing to hang her head about after an amazing season. This week was a great experience & something to build off of for the future. THX coaches for pouring into her.
