Our data highlight the importance of spatiotemporal regulation of Cdc42 and different membrane trafficking events during cytokinesis. To read more on this, here is a link to the preprint, biorxiv.org/content/10.110… 15/end

Our data indicate that Rga4 and Rga6 localize to the division site after septum synthesis starts to decrease Cdc42 activity and thus maintain the balance between different septum synthesizing enzymes and membrane trafficking events to enable proper septum morphology. 14/15
