SPACEX: A realtor named Jim Keaty of Keaty Real Estate published a rumor of possible SpaceX land acquisition in Louisiana. It states SpaceX may have acquired or is acquiring 136k acres (212 sq miles) of marshland south of Highway 82 towards the Gulf of America in Pecan Island and Freshwater City in Vermilion Parish of the Acadiana region. At the Southeast corner of the land near the Freshwater City boat launch is a plot ready to be converted for port operations and direct access to the Intercoastal Canal and the Gulf of America. Pecan Island is halfway between Boca Chica and Cape Canaveral, and has easy access to Cheniere LNG and Golden Pass LNG; both on the either side of the Louisiana and Texas border at Sabine Pass. NEWS: NVIDIA has announced that BYD, Geely, Isuzu and Nissan will use the company's DRIVE Hyperion platform to develop level 4 autonomous vehicle programs. Nvidia also introduced Alpamayo 1.5, "an upgrade that expands NVIDIA Alpamayo — an open portfolio of AI models, simulation frameworks and physical AI datasets for building safe, transparent, reasoning-based AVs — with an interactive, steerable reasoning model." Jensen Huang: The autonomous vehicle revolution is here, the first multitrillion-dollar robotics industry. Everything that moves will eventually be autonomous. The NVIDIA Hyperion platform and our Alpamayo open reasoning models give vehicles the ability to perceive their surroundings, reason through complex situations and act safely, making scalable, level 4 autonomy possible.”

Uber has a fascinating response to Elon’s vertical approach to autonomy: “We’d welcome Tesla on the Uber platform.” Smart move. Tesla may own the cars, but Uber wants to OWN the network.
