Weight Update #4: Made it below 300 lbs for the first time since I was 16ish. If I stick to the plan we should be hittin 240 by the end of may. LETS DO THIS!!!

Weight Update #3: Lost 4 lbs after the fast and gained 6 aftet that. I feel tired from constantly tricking myself. Going on another water fast for the next 3 days again to fix my priorities. 315.

Day one checked, ate too many gummies (which of course is any amount), but the rest of the diet looked good. Big Protein and no Softdrinks, only water and a glass of milk.

Fuck it we are in "aches n pains week". Walking 15 miles per day, eating 1 pound of chicken per day and doing 10 sets of 15 every day from now till the end of april. Yes I know that thats more then a week, but I need this.
