@SkyBet So there's no payout coz @OptaAnalyst recorded it as a simple block. Having now seen footage of it, it wasn't a clearance off the line, but it was a last line defensive block, so the bet should have won. Thanks for nothing @OptaAnalyst

@Mxtt_BHAFC @OptaAnalyst Several media outlets reported this as a shot cleared off the line. That may not be entirely accurate, but it is a last line of defence block! However @OptaAnalyst have it down as a simple block, so betting outlets aren't paying out for a shot on target. Utterly infuriating!

@Brightonian_ @FA_PGMOL Refs get one look, from one angle, at normal speed - mistakes will sometimes be made. VAR officials get several looks, from several camera angles, in slow motion - mistakes should not be made! If VAR can't be trusted to get it right, it should be scrapped!

It was obvious to everyone. Clear penalty. So what happens now, we get an apology? Great. Thanks @FA_PGMOL But what is the point of VAR if everyone in the VAR room hasn’t got the balls to give a decision vs the big club? @Brian__Owen No chance. The horrific queues for the trains will always mean a fair number of people will leave early, especially if it's an evening match and/or they've got kids. I love the stadium, I think it's a lovely building, but it's a pain in the a**e to get home from there.

Albion are talking to the Fans Advisory Board about ideas to keep stands as full as possible until full-time. It's a theme we've mentioned before, altho fans leave early at lots of venues. Maybe it's more obvious now than in the days of terraces. #bhafc theargus.co.uk/sport/25929960…

@eleanor_leech @JimStevison @FerreWeb3 No, the 60s. There was a totally different attitude to going to university back then. Only went if rich or needed to, now virtually every person seems to want to go, despite the fact many won't ever use the degree they've got themselves into debt to achieve.

@eleanor_leech @JimStevison @FerreWeb3 Not really. Only the rich or those with a specific career ambition which would require a degree went to university. Most left school between 14 and 16 with O Levels at best.
