@sewateruk why is there no ETA other than “could be a couple of days, could be a couple of weeks” on us reporting a huge water leak on our road? Water is pouring down the road - are you going to charge households for this and yet won’t fix?

@British_Airways absolute disgrace.. your staff dumped us off to AA with a $9 dollar voucher for 12 hours wait in a freezing airport. I have had to pay hotel, baggage check in fees, no meals for 12 hours. 20+ people boarding AA flight this morning who are exhausted! Your service is a debacle
