📢Much greater recognition of the immense value that women generate for society through breastfeeding and other forms of care work, and their vital contributions to sustainable food systems
📢On governments to fully resource & redistribute women’s care work burdens, including through strengthening paid maternity protections, that would truly enable their capability to breastfeed
📢For an end to the baby food industry's exploitative marketing practices, that systematically undermine breastfeeding, and that violate women's and children's human rights everywhere
And other crucial actions for realising #genderequity
