Unpopular opinion: new age athletes are weak. If you play for a huge division 1 college-they GET some say in your physique. That plays a factor in how you PERFORM. If you get paid (scholarship) to be an athlete you have to commit to that-mind, spirit and BODY. #istandwithrhonda

Coaches/Parents: No one is born a leader. It isn’t in your DNA. Leaders are formed through the teaching of quality leadership skills, practicing, failing, learning & practicing again. Kids have to be given leadership opportunities over & over. Teach them to lead & then let them.
