My Instagram account was one of the victims of Meta’s recent AI support exploit that allowed attackers to take over Instagram accounts through flaws in Meta’s AI-powered account recovery system. After my account was compromised, it was suspended for “Account Integrity” despite me being the victim of the breach, not the person responsible for it. Meta has already acknowledged that over 20,000 Instagram accounts were affected by this exploit. I have never used bots, automation, or violated Instagram’s policies. My account contains years of personal memories, business connections, and contacts with friends and family. I’m asking @Instagram and @Meta for a manual review and restoration of my account. Victims of a security breach should not be punished for actions taken by unauthorized attackers. @ninaxnashi @Meta It was hackers!!! The same thing happend to me 6x with @meta apologizing to me said they made a mistake from Nov 3- Jan 3 !!! Once they released my account in June 2026 the hackers contacted Meta impersonated me using A I to change my email, phone number and password

Years of my life. My entire career — erased with one automated decision and no explanation. @ninanashi777 was everything to me. My community, my income, my portfolio, active brand deals — all of it gone. I didn't get a warning. I didn't get a real reason. I didn't get a human being on the other end. I submitted everything they asked for to verify my identity. Still disabled. Every time I contact support I get the same copy-paste response: "your case is under review." It's been weeks.
