Today, during a high jump session, a coach from another nation (who did not speak a word of English) took over the coaching and explained/demonstrated to @hollymills121 EXACTLY what she needed to do. We were both so grateful he stepped in and saved the day 🙄

Changing the culture of an organization to increase the number of female leaders requires a concerted effort from all levels of the organization ➡️ Lead by Example ➡️ Address Unconscious Bias ➡️ Provide Mentorship and Development Opportunities ➡️ Open doors

👉 Creating greater awareness and visibility of female coaches and their achievements is essential to increasing their presence in the industry. This can be done by promoting and publicizing female coaches through media coverage, social media, and events.

⚠️ It is important for leaders to lead by example and promote gender diversity and equity. This can include actively seeking out female candidates for leadership positions, recognizing the contributions of female employees, and publicly championing gender equity initiatives
