I think every [young] person should have a very clear idea of who they want to be. The life they want to live. Pick a timeframe. 2 years. 5 years. Who do you want to be at 25? 30? 35? 40? Like with terrifying specificity. What sports do you play? Where do you work? What’s your salary? Where do you live? What’s your week like? Who’s still around you? What’s your networth? What industry do you want to be in? What things do you no longer do? I’ve seen so many people fumble opportunities because they couldn’t realize fast enough that they were at the doorway for the life they wanted, because they couldn’t articulate the life they wanted. Write it down, talk about it. with friends. sometimes even with enemies. be loud, and be intentional. I can’t count how many times I’ve been called to do something because a friend remembered that “oh, you said it’d be cool if you worked with an event/company/creative, so this thing came up and I thought of you”. You don’t have the life you want, because you don’t even know what it is yet.

Started and finished it today. It was a good listen. Would recommend this for over thinkers and those who are yet to realise that their reality is only as abundant as their thoughts.

The Grace Of God🤭🕊️
The older you get, the more you realize luck is mostly exposure. If you sit in the same place, have the same routine, talking to the same people, nothing new really happens. You have to tackle the world to win. Travel more. Talk to people.

As a beginner in data analysis, don’t limit yourself to just sales data. While sales datasets are great for learning, they’re only one part of the bigger picture. To truly grow and build strong domain knowledge, you should explore different types of datasets across industries such as: •Healthcare •E-commerce and logistics •Finance •Supply chain You can also expand into other areas like: •Marketing and customer analytics •Human resources (HR analytics) •Education •Real estate •Telecommunications •Energy and utilities •Transportation and mobility Remember, your current learning path or even your future job may not revolve around sales data at all. Sales data is just a starting point to help you understand the fundamentals. The more industries you explore, the more versatile and valuable you become as a data analyst.

The first thing I did before class began was to orient my students. I told them * Data Analysis is not Dashboard. * Data Analysis is not get quick rich scheme. * You will not Master Data Analysis in 2 months. * You are not guaranteed to immediately get a job after the training.
Victor Chidera Ugwu@_VictorUgwu

Even the students I took on a mini project analysis today were stunned 😯 with the turnout of the dashboard because for weeks we've been discussing about data + analysis. Today is the first time I'm teaching them about dashboard even before today,on Monday I took them on 2 hour course on understanding data projects like the one we built today. Dashboards are pretty much great 😃 but there is more to data analysis.

Hansi Flick has never faced Arbeloa I swear to God Barcelona fans have no idea what’s coming for them. You will regret playing high line against us. The 2-1 piping earlier in the season at Bernabeu where we could’ve scored 7 goals will be like a nice pity gesture and early warning sign for you fools. Xabi Alonso fucked up in the Super Cup final, we could’ve won that too. Raphinha’s lucky shot doesn’t count. But this time around we won’t be showing you guys any mercy. I’ve never been more confident about an El Clasico win in recent years like this upcoming one. Your tears and pain is coming, no place to run or hide.

10 businesses you can start in 🇳🇬Nigeria with under ₦5M that can actually change your life: 👇 1. POS / agency banking (low setup, daily liquidity) 2. Water supply (pure water or sachet distribution) 3. Frozen foods (chicken, turkey, fish resale) 4. Phone accessories sales (fast-moving, high margin) 5. Laundry & dry cleaning (especially in busy areas) 6. Car wash (great in urban locations) 7. Small chops / food delivery (leverages social media) 8. Hair/barbing salon (consistent repeat customers) 9. Mini importation (high demand products) 10. Thrift (okrika) fashion resale None of these are “get rich quick.” But done right, they generate consistent cashflow which is what actually builds wealth. The gap isn’t ideas. It’s execution, consistency, and patience. Which one would you realistically start this year with a Capital of ₦5M?

Nobody warns you about this part of being a Data Analyst. You spend hours on an analysis. You're confident in your numbers. You present it to the team. And then someone says: "I don't think this is right." How you respond in that moment defines your reputation as an analyst. Here's how to handle feedback on your analysis gracefully: • Don't get defensive get curious Your first instinct might be to protect your work. Resist it. Ask "Can you help me understand what looks off?" instead. • Separate your identity from your analysis Your work being questioned is not YOU being questioned. Data is always evolving. So should your thinking. • Acknowledge what's valid If the feedback has merit, say so. "That's a great point, let me look into that" builds more trust than doubling down. • Go back and verify before defending Before pushing back, make sure you're 100% right. Nothing damages credibility faster than confidently defending a mistake. • Follow up with what you found Whether they were right or wrong close the loop. It shows professionalism and thoroughness. The best analysts aren't the ones who are never wrong. They're the ones who handle being wrong with grace.

A man must build 3 most important pillars of his life; 1. A body that can handle pressure. 2. A mind that doesn’t panic. 3. A skill that creates income. Fail in one, and everything suffers.
