I totally agree @StephenSeiler For me this brought together a number of aspects of the adaptative processes and helped me understand how they fitted together and complimented each other. Most importantly, I think it made sense of what we see in practice with athletes. Great job!

Little can be changed in isolation! Position, power and speed are interdependent.
