This is a really new low for @CelcomDigi since i got charged my highest ever bill ever, but i cant even view my own bill and then no email received about the latest bill. But auto-credit my Credit Card executed so fast before the bill is ready to be viewed!
@fahmi_fadzil YB Fahmi. This is the second time I am writing. My eWallet from touch and go is unable to log in because of Face ID verification. It seems it’s part of eKYC. It’s been 1month and various emails. As a Sikh,I suspect it’s due to my beard and moustache and turban.
@fahmi_fadzil encik Fahmi, not sure if this goes to your jurisdiction, I have been unable to log into my touch n go eWallet for a month now. “No Face Detected” during login. I suspect it’s due to the fact that I am Sikh and have turban and beard.

@MyTouchnGo Terrible service from you. It’s been 1 week now and at least 7 reports lodged. No solution yet on my eWallet issue. No response from Twitter platform too. All I get is emails with links that don’t solve my issue. Calling your hotline is a waste of time. Call me.

@digitelco unbelievable. I bought a iPhone from@Digi on 26th jan. they promised to send the receipt via email. Up to today 31st, nothing. Now they say their system can’t print the receipt ???
