a shocking amount of people have asked for an update on my health & it blows my mind how kind that is. i had emergency spinal decompression surgery and a disc replacement, and things were a liiiittle more complicated than anticipated. ive had an incredible team of doctors, the best support system, an incredible boss/company, and the best mom in the world that came here for a month to take care of me. this whole injury has been causing me pain for years(!?!) but i totally normalized it and had no idea how much it had limited my daily life which is insane. there have been a few bumps in the road but mostly i feel so lucky (and thankful i look amazing in a neck brace)
