This is the situation of Hindus in Hyderabad. If u wear helmet going in low speed in right direction still u were abused and got beaten on daylight by peaceful. All peacefulls on road keep supporting them and abusing u without not even knowing what happened there.. Still its ur fault because you are a Hindu in Hyderabad

@TelanganaFD Vehicles parked in KBR Park including one of police vehicle. So many two wheelers and cars were being allowed inside and allowed to park on the walkway. Please ensure vehicles are parked in designated area even inside and also ensure limited entry of the same.

Holi Restrictions in Hyderabad 🚨 Hyderabad Police Commissioner V.C. Sajjanar has issued orders for Holi 2026: • Forcing colours or coloured water on unwilling persons, places or vehicles is prohibited. • Smearing colour on unwilling persons in public places will attract action. • Group movement of two-wheelers or vehicles causing nuisance is banned. • Violators will be prosecuted under the Hyderabad City Police Act. These restrictions are in force from 6:00 PM on March 2 to 6:00 AM on March 4. Liquor shops, toddy shops and bars (except star hotels & registered clubs) will remain closed from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on March 3.

@TOIHyderabad Rightly said. Most of the traffic jam is due to traffic violators. Wrong side driving, heavy vehicles occupying right lanes and using flyovers, signal jumping, using wrong lanes by 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers, blocking free left, driving slow in between road speaking over phone

What is the logic of stamp duty on property? Why should anyone pay so much to sarkar for some transaction between two parties? Assume that stamp duty is like value capture tax on the property then tax also has to be on value added and not on entire consideration. Assume Mr. A buys a flat from B for 1 cr then he ends up paying 6% as stamp duty. Then later if he sells it to C for 1.25 cr then C also pays stamp duty on 1.25 and not on value added i.e. 25 lacs. Now I am assuming this value of 25 lacs for added to property value due to new road, or metro or some public spend hence the stamp duty is justified. Fair enough so why is the same amount getting taxed twice? Isn't this unfair. Shouldn't the tax on transaction 2 be only on value added? This post is for my own understanding and thought process. Serious views are welcome.
