Imagine renaming Twitter to X but what the heckle are "tweets" now?? "Xss" "exes" "X posts"? I couldn't sound more like I am talking about an adult website

@GingerFeCr I haven't done commissions in years now, I've switched to requests and even then it's just a hobby. No obligations, I don't look at emails or twitter. (Social media is bad for my mental health)

it is ironic when the system itself agrees with something I've said years ago "The welcome messages are kinda spammy" Discord's new auto spam detector flagged the welcome messages.

@TheBenAlpha for me if I open a DM with a new message it just puts me at the top of the chatlog so I have to scroll down (a bit, or a few screens) before actually seeing the new message

1 year later, nothing changed. Worse is that if you are streaming and lock your PC, you're still broadcasting AND showing your lockscreen. At this point I think Discord deserves another fine. Massive privacy breach right there.

Reminder that discord got fined for GDPR violations in Nov 2022. One of the violations was that when closing the app in Windows while in a VC, the user was not informed about them still being in a VC.

I think F would be a better name for twitter

@EonityLuna my iPad is hooked up to a macbook and still it refuses to charge half the time. Today I needed to use it and it was, once again, on 18% battery. Actual pain

If your iPad isn't charging properly, Apple tells you to get an Apple certified accessory
