Dear @CostaCoffee if you could pass your biggest thanks to Rachel at your #Northenden branch who refused me use of the toilet. She then went on to agree my only option was to soil myself. Glad to be a key worker 🙌🏻

@CostaCoffee Hi Natalie, it was around 11am yesterday. It literally took me 2 hours to find a toilet and my experience in Costa was the worst. As someone said I’m out delivering food to vulnerable customers, a little compassion would have gone a long way!
