@big_time55 @easyJet We were on the inbound flight to Antalya today, which was diverted to Venice due to some technical issue. We’ve been waiting here for almost 5 hours now without any updates from easyJet.

@easyJet absolute shambles. Cancelled flight out of Antalya. Zero communication. 5 kids with us and we’ve been told we have to wait until 5am with only a bottle of water and a hamburger for compensation. Disgusting carry on.

@easyJet we were on EZ6525 to Antalya which was diverted to Venice due to technical issues however we have been waiting in the terminal for two hours now without any communications or updates. There’s families here with small children and we’re all exhausted. What is going on?
