UFO researcher Alejandro Rojas claims Bob Lazar had a speaking fee to come to the UFO Congress and Bob would bring his UFO nerd friend to help him remember his own story “I used to run the International UFO Congress, which was owned by Open Minds at the time. And at the time, my boss really wanted to get Bob Lazar as a speaker. I worked really hard to make that happen. And I had talked with George Knapp quite a bit to make that happen. At one point it was suggested perhaps for the right price that Bob Lazar would do. I've been asked not to discuss that price. Other people have but I won't do that because I was asked not. We met the right price and we were able to get Bob Lazar to come speak at the conference. But Gene Huff had to be there. And Gene Huff said, ‘I need to have some alone time with Bob Lazar before he speaks because I have to help him remember everything that happened. He doesn’t always remember all the details so I help.’”
