If we see food prices and electric bills starting to rise over the summer, it likely won't be because of inflation, policy, or who the President is. It will have everything to do with water. We are possibly at the beginning of a megadrought cycle that could change America fast. Modern society was built during a relatively wet period, where water was abundant. But we could be returning to a very dry period like the drought of 1610. Prepare now. Stock food. Grow some if you can.

The radical liberalisation of immigration and labour markets has been accompanied by the expansion of the state and state spending. Supposedly we live in a "neoliberal" economy but that liberalism is not applied to particular sectors, particularly the managerial state which has been sheltered and paid according to levels only seen at the very top of the private sector without any of the performance demands. If we are going to have a liberal economy then it is time to take it seriously and slash the civil and public service. It is not right that only those at the bottom of society face the brunt of liberalisation and competition. Time to make official Ireland and the quangocracy face radical liberalisation through AI and automation.

They would arrive heavily pregnant and give birth here meaning they could stay in Ireland because they had an anchor baby. Ebun Joseph would love to see birth right citizenship brought back in. Africans or any other foreigner can lay claim to Ireland just because they are born here.
