@GlassesUSA tried chat, call, and email. I can't get anything but the automated response. I am going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
@GlassesUSA . They sent me the wrong size frame, and when I tried to get help, the only option was an automated chat system that provided zero real support. If a company can’t even get the frame size right, it makes me question their ability to cut the prescription correctly
