@realballknwer Larry was better than Julio, imo. But Moss and Jerry and Megatron being over him is reasonable

@nflrums I'm gonna say something controversial to a lot of people. But Randy Moss is the true Goat. To me he's slightly more talented than Jerry Rice and extremely more talented than most other receivers in history.

🚨During Julian Edelman’s rookie year with the New England Patriots, Randy Moss would secretly give him money to help with the cost of buying lunch for the WR group: “As the rookie receiver of the room, I’d have to go in and buy the lunches, and he knew I didn’t have much money, and he’d always slide me a couple hundred bucks." #NFL #Patriots #JulianEldeman #RandyMoss

I’m not going at Lance here at all. I don’t expect everyone to understand bf%. This isn’t close to 6%. Bodybuilders on stage are 4-7% with striated glutes and their faces literally sunk in. This is closer to 20. He just has A LOT of muscle and good ab genetics.!

@edgaralandough I take all of those and vitamin C, Boron, pre/probiotic, apple cider vinegar and a bottle of mineral water. 1,000mg of vitamin C daily has been incredible for my immune system.

@zipjet @Biotech2k1 Manufacturing, launching and replacing 30,000 satellites every ~3 years is going to seriously eat into those profits. Not to mention there D2D service hardly works for anything other than texts.

SpaceX already has over 10,000 communication satellites circling the earth with proposals to take that to 30,000. From those satellites they will be able to support cell phones world wide in addition to high speed internet access. They don’t have to lay fiber or build cell towers. (That means cost of delivering the service would be much lower.). In the US alone cell phone revenue is $600B annually. Musk has repeatedly indicated an interest in that TAM.

I had to verify the math first. If SpaceX IPO's at $1.75 trilllion, that would be an absurd 116x sales which are estimated at $15.5 billion in 2025. That is dot com level silly.

@costanza_cap @PeterRex @leevalueroach That’s understandable. It honestly makes sense to just rent in those areas but I think for most people living in suburbs buying makes more sense long term.

A 30-year fixed mortgage is basically a long-dated call option on inflation. You borrow dollars today, lock the rate, and repay in nominal terms. If inflation explodes, your debt evaporates in real terms while your house price soars. You’re long the house, short the dollar.

@costanza_cap @PeterRex @leevalueroach Well that’s good I’m glad you dont have a greedy landlord. Do you live in a high COL area? I can see it making sense to rent in those areas.

@bigodet313 @PeterRex @leevalueroach my current landlord decided to not raise rent even though he could by law. It’s cheaper to rent for me than to own and with the amount I pay, a landlord being out 6 months rent finding a new tenant who can afford the place would come at significant costs

@bigodet313 @PeterRex @leevalueroach why do you assume the landlord’s costs would be equivalent to the cost of a new home buyer? a landlord who’s owed a rental for 10 or 20 years can rent it out for much less (and still at a profit) than what a new home buyer would pay for mortgage, insurance, property tax, etc.

@leevalueroach But you're still paying taxes, insurance and maintenance on the underlying asset the whole time. The option isn't free. Could also rent and invest the difference

@biff_ff @toslap @Parth824871 @schuttsm Most people don’t talk total comp because most people get shit health care and 401k match which is basically worthless. Excluding the 70k in benefits that 99% don’t get is stupid and a big part of the reason people think the trades don’t pay well

@bigodet313 @toslap @Parth824871 @schuttsm Most people don’t talk in total comp unless they cherry picking to bootlicker billionaires. 250k for an electrician on the tools is extremely rare yet not impossible. The average wage for a j man is around 70k.

@biff_ff @toslap @Parth824871 @schuttsm Yeah idk why total comp doesn’t count to some people but if it makes you feel better pretend they are non-union prevailing wage so it is all gross pay. And I’m using that as proof there are people making that without any OT at all. Which means there’s a lot doing it with OT

@bigodet313 @toslap @Parth824871 @schuttsm You’re using union prevailing wage in one of the highest paying locals as the standard. You’re also using total package. I showed you the journeyman rate for union in Wisconsin is 46 a hour.

@toslap @Parth824871 @schuttsm Yeah that’s where good paying jobs typically are. No one is moving to buttfuck Missouri to be a computer programmer either. Anywhere unions are strong they are close to that 200k total comp with a little OT. And the major cities easily clear that mark.

@bigodet313 @Parth824871 @schuttsm You are comparing high cost of living dark blue cities prevailing wage to what non-union commercial electricians would get wiring a data center in the middle of nowhere Again no electrician is making 200k/yr doing data center fit outs in 80% of the country.

@biff_ff @toslap @Parth824871 @schuttsm I literally showed you a real pay scale where they would make as much money as Mike claims without any overtime along with a list of 5+ other unions who pay that much and you come back with “ google says the average is $34”
