According to federal prosecutors, Marcoulier posted voice messages and rants on the Discord messaging platform, stating that his "goal in life" was to “walk Into a synagogue with my AK” and "k*ll every single Jew" inside. In his recorded messages, he detailed plans to use an AK assault rifle with 75-round drum magazines and body armor once he returned from an upcoming overseas deployment. Court documents suggest the threats were motivated by white supremacist and antisemitic ideologies, with Marcoulier allegedly claiming the act was necessary to ensure the "white youth is secured". He has been charged with transmitting a threat in interstate commerce. If convicted, Marcoulier faces a maximum of five years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine.
