@ao driver scheduled to be with us between 07.10 and 12.10. Fridge emptied, moved outside and ready for collection - 07.44 receive a phonecall to say item OUT OF STOCK and must be re-ordered!! How is this possible!!

St Albans COVID vaccination programme
@bigspaceplay The I-med site is completely separate to us so pls raise your concerns with them too. As Drs we would expect anyone receiving a vaccination to know what they are receiving & be given a card with the batch number. I-med do only have Astra Zeneca so we can inform u that much.

@STAVACS hi there - I had my vaccination at i-med in St Albansthis morning but wasn’t given any information. I don’t know which vaccine I had or any info about the batch? Is that the norm? Thank you

@JDhelpteam Thank you to Demi in your customer service team who finally sorted out JDs errors! I am thankful that my niece now has her gift but 9 days late is unacceptable:( If you cannot fulfill orders in a timely way you should not be taking people’s money. I am sadly left disappointed :(

@JDhelpteam 9 days ago I ordered a £50 e-gift for my nieces birthday. It has STILL not arrived and this is despite exchanging DMs for the last 5 days!!! I appreciate that these are unusual times but as a Company you should not be selling products you are unable to provide?

@JDhelpteam I have been speaking to people for 5 days who say things like ‘ I can see my colleague has requested it’ or ‘it was re-sent on 13 June’ or ‘we have a back log so can you give us a couple of hours to get back to you’. This is the most appalling customer service

@JDhelpteam I ordered an e-voucher for my nieces birthday to be texted on 11 June. She still has not received it :( I thought ordering a text voucher (even in these times) would mean it would arrive on time :( My order number is 447979574.
