Personal conflicts and competition in any industry aren’t “systemic racism.” Systemic racism requires coordinated, race-based barriers embedded in rules, laws, or institutions. Describing normal business friction someone dislikes you, others pile onxas systemic racism dilutes the term and ignores actual data on outcomes in cannabis. If the issue is cliquey behavior, address it directly instead of defaulting to race. No one here mentioned race until you did.

Pro tip: If you are a new brand or an old brand even trying to get your brand off. Don’t send flower to a reviewer to review. Send your flower to the vendors that carry every other brand. Those are the ones moving the needle. Not the reviewers. A 3.5 sent to Just Feats will equate to more sales than a 3.5 sent to any reviewer.

Serious question for my fellow growers: I’ve heard a slower dry and cure helps with terpene preservation. I’ve always cut my plants into 4-5 pieces prior to hanging so I can space them slightly apart. Last run, I figured I’d switch it up and went for a full plant dry. It’s important to note the climate is fully controlled, doesn’t fluctuate more than 2-3 past 60/60 for temp and rh both. I’ve got multiple clip fans on low/medium to keep air moving and inline fans exchanging the air in the tent. Even with everything as tight as I know to keep it for dry environment, I still wound up with PM in 1/3 of the harvest once dry was done. I see operations with racks and racks of plants drying shoulder to shoulder with next to no room for airflow, and they’re still full plants. I’d rather continue piecing my plants up before drying and getting my 10-14d dry with zero mold versus trying to extend it and ruining the harvest.
