Thousands of people are in line with about 6 customer service agents working for @AlaskaAir at SeaTac. At this point we’ve been standing in line for a couple hours with at least a thousand ahead of us in line.

Hey @AlaskaAir we’ve been on the tarmac in Seattle for almost 4 hours with no update. They don’t have a gate for us. Our plane is just driving around in circles. We missed our connection to Tokyo. Any guidance would be appreciated.
