@ZachFleer270 AAU is all about the $…..what it costs to be involved and then the weekly costs, including admission prices, hotels, meals. Way out of line! Why not just stay home…work out by yourself or with teammates, and get plenty of shots and get better?

Jake Quackenbush is headed to D2 basketball on a full ride, won a district title and made many great memories as a senior without playing AAU before his senior year You don’t have to play AAU to make it. Families don’t have to get ripped off like this every weekend

@JacobsFieldRBW Well…very misleading, however those 2 runs were definitely his responsibility. Hated to see that 1st hit …not sure why we were shifting up the middle. But the single to center was legit.

The final line will say that Parker Messick allowed two earned runs and Cade Smith had a scoreless appearance.

@Ohiohshoops @Beeskal Well…what you are seeing in HS basketball is just ciphering down from the college game.(like the National Championship game) Obviously OH officials are being instructed to let them play. As a coach, I’m ok with that ….but when you get mugged on a shot attempt, it’s a foul.

@Beeskal The HS game completely favors the more “physical” team as the officiating often allows the physical team to dictate where the offensive player goes on the floor. It moves it from a game of skill to a game of holding and grabbing (way too much hand use is allowed).

I was curious, so I went down a rabbit hole. It's odd, because I was allergic to the paint in HS, so it's interesting that I loathe today's game of everything being a 3 or at the rim. I find the midrange like a beautiful piece of art. Here's the state tourney 3-pt numbers...🤔
