@Mucinex @sp_blodgett Child proof caps in the US are out of control. Everything, from dish soap to mouth wash has some new and improved way of annoying 99.5% of the population who don't have a toddler AND also don't own cabinets.

Three grown adults cannot get the GD child-proof cap off @Mucinex Sinus-Max nasal spray bottle after reading directions, looking up on internet, watching a video. Finally had to saw it off and poke a hole in the remainder. What fresh hell is this? Give me a freaking break.

@huded @Mucinex Medicine expiration dates don't have to be taken all that seriously. There was a Harvard study proving this. They _might_ be a tad less effective, but most still work just fine. Of course, the manufacturer makes a lot more $ if you toss it and buy a new one.

Found an old pack of @Mucinex and took one but didn't realize how long ago I bought it. Turns out "Best used by" date was 11/2013. Be interesting to see if it still works, twelve years after that.

@Mucinex is there a reason your pills cannot be opened? I am traveling and have no scissors or knives. I have been fighting this stupid thing for 10 minutes.

@KitchenAidUSA Returned a product, for internal credit. 1) they don't refund sales tax. 2) they won't honor any promotions listed on their website to order replacements. 3) they won't honor any ongoing coupons. This after it took 2 months to "receive" the return.
