1st attempt at miso marinated black cod. I think it’s in my Top 5 for seafood taste/experience. Was much easier than I expected. It was a big hit.

Ok, Q for Deadheads - my wife’s uncle (he’s a potter) & gets all his stuff from a surplus transfer station where folks leave junk, has about 30 live shoes from the early 80s in a huge CD pile. Sound quality is amazing. Anyone been to these shows? @aweissman @billbeer
