You might outlive me by a few years, or maybe not. Who cares. I have six kids. Four sons. My bloodline and name lives on. I could die tomorrow and I still win. The “health optimizers” only care about extending their own lives by every minute possible. They don’t think about bloodline and legacy. That’s the kind of longevity that matters.

@MattWalshBlog Keep going on this the same way you did about raw milk. We are going to outlive you.

I think we need to build this. I designed this below image, representing Lewis and Clark on the Mississippi in the style of Argonath. At $1 Billion or more, I think it can be done.

My ancestors came here in 1850, laid claim to 200ish acres of prime farmland, spent a lifetime making it into an actual productive farm, built an actual functioning community and their grandchildren inherited the state of Minnesota which was functionally a Scandinavian/Germanic flavored American ethnostate into the 1990’s. I believe this is functionally different than coming here and getting a CS degree from Berkeley or whatever and openly dedicating your life to wealth extraction. While wealth building was undeniably one of the goals of my ancestors, it was very obviously not the only goal. Additionally, a Scandinavian/Germanic community was different, but similar to an Anglo one. Same God, varying worship practices, etc. Same ideals, and basic morality. There was 99% agreement on the unwritten societal rule book. A yankee from Connecticut could walk around St. Paul, MN and not be noticed or feel terribly out of place and vice versa. I walked into an Indian grocery store (connected to an Indian restaurant) inside a 95% white suburb and was very clearly out of place. It is obviously meant to cater to Indians only. My ancestors understood they were coming to an Anglo heritage country. That they could continue their unique cultural traditions under the umbrella of this structure. They did not consider themselves superior and seek to change it or build enormous monuments to themselves. “We are Americans now!” Can be found all over their journals and writings. This is not the attitude of 95% of modern immigrant communities.

Many with pretensions to in-born superiority today cry and seethe about the loss of this or that. But when did their ancestors *ever* own anything? What are they losing? It doesn’t occur to them their ancestors would bleat like this also, which is why they’re so good at it.
