@TexasTamieK It depends on who you get electricity from. If you get it from a co-op they will not pay for it. Does reduce your bill. If had numerous months with 7 to 20 dollar bills.

My neighbor is getting solar panels installed today. I was curious so I asked the guy solar about it. He says the system will pay for itself AND provide a monthly surplus that at the end of the year, they send a check for the credit. Does that sound reasonable?
