I am not a motivational speaker. I am not a guru. I am a retired Marine Major who spent 21 years earning rank the hard way, and then built two Chick-fil-A locations from scratch. I did not come from money. I was the first in my family to earn a college degree. I did not have connections. I had standards, discipline, and a refusal to quit. I write about what actually works. Not theory. Not inspiration. The real thing.

Most teams do not have a motivation problem. They have a tolerance problem. The leader set the standard. Then the leader stopped enforcing it. That is not a team failure. That is a leadership failure. Own it. Fix it. Raise the standard back up and hold it there.

If you are building something real: a business, a team, a life worth living, this account is for you. I am not here to go viral. I am here to put something true into the feed and let it find the people who need it. Follow along. The Builder's Code is coming. And the best lessons are already posting.

What you will find on this account: Leadership that was earned, not theorized. Operator lessons from running real businesses with real people. The Builder's Code, built in public. And occasionally, disciplined thinking about wealth and what it should fund. No hype. No recycled quotes. No performance. Just the work, the lessons, and the standard.

@skibumtrading If you love the bleeding edge and enjoy configuring your tools, this feels like a kid-in-a-candy-store moment. For most people, I recommend ChatGPT. For tech-savvy users, I usually point to Claude. Power users already know where they are going.

I’ve been using Opus 4.6 as a daily driver for a while. And one thing I’ll say is that the new Minimax 2.7 model is pretty damn good, comparatively. I can see why Anthropic is shipping new products like crazy to maintain users, especially when some of their competitors are almost on par with Opus 4.6 at over 16x lower cost. In a world where all the models are good (inevitable), it then becomes how well the ecosystem and tools around them are designed. Anthropic is still doing this far better than any competitor, but in terms of raw ability of these models, the gap between the frontier models with cheaper competitors is getting smaller.

Shoutout to @billredenius for sending me these beautifully cut #Kaspa coins. Thank you so much! One will go on my bag, the other on my SLR. Good way to get people to ask me about $Kas instead of me telling them unsolicited.

PSA: A reflection on Ego, Obsession, and the Art of Letting Maxis Be Maxis In this quoted post, Rajat is describing the behavior of a gold maxi, twisting the narrative to suit their own personal bias. Bitcoin tanks? It’s dead. Gold tanks? Just normal. Ironically, this is exactly how Bitcoin Maxis behave too. The same ego, the same reflexes, the same cultist rituals Peter Schiff executes, just with a different logo on the chest. Swap the logo for Kaspa, and you see the pattern: if Kaspa tanks, it’s a shitcoin; if Bitcoin tanks, it’s a golden opportunity. Maxis are so blinded by their own ego they don’t even notice the mirror when it’s held up to them. They can see the flaws in maxi mentality, but the moment the same reflexes appear in themselves, poof, it disappears. This level of conviction isn’t insight. It’s armor for the ego. A shield to protect the fragile bastards. Defend the cult. Reject by default. Slam doors. Blink at facts. Pretend the outside world doesn’t exist. Fuck logic. Fuck nuance. Fuck anything that threatens the narrative. And I’m sick of it. Sick of the brain rot, the mental masturbation, the endless parade of “I’m right, you’re stupid” assholes. This shit doesn’t educate or enlighten. It poisons curiosity, kills questions, and strangles learning. It’s hypocrisy wrapped in a shiny flag of righteousness. A closed loop mindfuck of ego stroking masquerading as wisdom. Their conviction is their armor, sure, but it’s also their goddamn cage. And trying to break through it? Like bashing your skull against a brick wall while hailstones of ego and sanctimony rain down and the bastards just laugh. And I’m done with it. Done arguing. Done debating the fucking hivemind. They made their decisions before they even walked in the room, and every word out of my mouth is just ammo for their fragile fucking worldview. But let’s not pretend we’re above it. Kaspians are guilty too. We’ve all been there, clinging to “my coin is right,” pretending we’re perfect. The difference is, Kaspains got here because we explored our curiosity, questioned our assumptions and challenged our world view. And this attitude shouldn't stop here. So maybe it’s ok to just let maxis be maxis. Let gold bugs be gold bugs. Let them rot in their own echo chambers. Because it doesn’t seem worth the fight, the bruised ego, the wasted fury. Maybe it’s ok because we can empathize. I mean, we’re convicted as hell too. We cling, we defend, we rage, we dig in our heels. But maybe this is exactly where Kaspians can be different. Instead of rejecting, instead of spitting back the noise, we set an example. Kaspa grabbed our attention because we dared to ask, dared to poke outside the box, dared to admit we didn’t know shit. We dropped our egos to learn something new. That’s the fucking reset button. A Kaspa maxi doesn’t need to be a closed minded prick. Criticism, questions, challenges ... they make us sharper, stronger, faster. Honesty is our edge. Pretending perfection? That’s for assholes who never leave their echo chambers. So fuck the loops and the noise. From now on, I’m putting my energy where it actually matters. Getting Kaspa out there. Promotion, marketing, education, infrastructure. Work that leaves a mark, sparks curiosity, and helps people ask their own damn questions instead of spoon feeding them what we think they should know. Real work that changes minds without smashing them into defensiveness. I’d rather build, explore, question, and keep moving forward. That’s where the real magic is. That’s where the chaos becomes creation. That’s where the bastards can’t touch us. You will see less of me fighting in the comment sections from now on, repeating the same shit over and over again. It'll be an exercise in restraint for sure. Instead, I am going to be focusing my energy into actually making a difference; building, teaching, and getting Kaspa out into the world. Stay tuned.
Rajat Soni, CFA@Rajatsoni

According to @PeterSchiff: Whenever Bitcoin spikes, it's fake Whenever gold spikes, it's real When Bitcoin falls, it's going to 0 When gold falls, it's just part of regular market fluctuations

@TheFarrow I switched to KAS when ETH went POS and it was the best decision I ever made. You would have made a killing with that setup until Iceriver launched ASICs.

⚡️ Flashback ⚡️ Behold my former #ETH mining rig, producing 25GH with 186 GPUs and 15 motherboards! Daily average profit after the $4500 utility bill was ~$600/day. Man, was that a good time!! Sold most of the ETH produced above $4k. System cost around $264k, sold it for $12k, and made about 110 ETH in returns (after utility costs). Was a sad day when @ethereum switched to POS, at least for me!

We need a secure, decentralized, denationalized cryptocurrency. The problem with discussing Bitcoin in this context: It is impossible to distinguish those who believe in it and are therefore invested, from those who are invested in it and therefore believe.

compiled the vprogs/zk/native assets answers from the Q&A into one place 🧵 this is where we pretend things are simple, just for a moment. what's the upcoming HF actually about? covenant-centric HF with native assets. vprogs foundations being laid but thats not the main event yet. mainnet May 5. upcoming milestones: * TN12 reset in the coming hours afaik * Sequencer commitment - KIP ETA Feb 12 * SilverScript (Ori Newman & MS) - practical gamechanger for writing progs on kas. will let them do the explaining but hint: high level language, very friendly to noobs or LLMs (not me, i'm still debugging my own cognition). dropping today/tomorrow can native assets and vprogs assets interact atomically? native assets: yes, atomic transfers. this covers anything running on regular inline covenants (zk or non-zk) plus KRC20. vprogs assets: not transparent to L1 - non-atomic async transfers only. different state availability assumptions, different execution model. vprogs using native KAS or wrapped? any non-inline covenant must use wrapped KAS through canonical bridge. not native L1 kas. inline = wallet generates immediate proof for state transition, no data<>state decoupling. what is the computational DAG? CDAG is the data structure recording all read/write declarations - like Solana/Sui but in full form. was asked about sparkle vs vprogs - Sparkle is Anton's architecture for combining computation DAGs and ZKs. vProgs allows sovereign programs to atomically sync without compromising sovereignty - no arbitrary dependencies from foreign programs. both combine CD&zk but thats not the interesting contribution of either. important framing: the highlight of vprogs design is the dependency regulation mechanism - each vprog defines its own throughput rules (enforced through the CDAG + gas commitments). a vprog doesnt get read dependencies from another vprog without being gas-paid for that resource consumption. sovereignty by design. who should care about building vprogs? was asked "why should Solana/Ethereum teams build as vProg?" regular devs: probably wont care. system designers: should care. current options are (a) write smart contracts on L1 like Solana/early ETH, (b) go L2 rollup-centric like current ETH, or (c) combine best of both worlds via vprogs - cohesive uniform usage of L1 sequencer and state handling, but state and computation outside L1. but here's what i think matters: vprogs sovereignty appeals to big players considering appchains, or teams building AI agents on chain with huge state. composable yet siloed, priced only by externality on other programs. will vprogs/dagknight help security budget? probably not directly. DK could help push bullish narrative but current market is product oriented, not blank infra. privacy features from zk? privacy programs? technically possible post-HF via groth16 etc. but reading between the lines, this vertical stays outside Core's focus - not on kas' north star. make of that what you will. proving fees - need special prover services? my read: initial apps will be inline (wallet proves immediately). even based covenants Hans and Maxim are building should run on commodity HW. no specialized prover infrastructure needed initially for most apps. your macbook can be a prover, for now. node requirements changing? no. MEV kickback auctions? too early. ping after vital ecosystem exists. PoW grinding for STARKs? hashdag mentioned was inspired by early ETH where addresses with leading zeros got cheaper gas, so people would grind PoW for them. apparently there was even a market for buying/selling such addresses - arbitrage on vanity, peak 2016 energy. thats the aggregation. all good ideas are mine, all nuance errors are hashdag's. Would you like me to draft a community announcement that sounds like it was written by an automated script with a headache? terah out 🫡 𐤊

How many of you guys have seen this talk? youtube.com/watch?v=n-TyLf… Like if you've seen it so I can get a feel, watch if you haven't instead of scrolling, and maybe reply with your thoughts after watching (again if you already have). Repost if you think more people should see it. Would appreciate knowing what the general community thinks/understands of it. Not farming likes/reposts/replies, but this video should get out there if it hasn't made the rounds.

@ProofOfPrints Multiple hours spent replying every day usually points to one of three things: no life, engagement farming, or a need for attention. I reserve the right to be wrong in the rare one-off case.
