@audible_com has a nerve to remove books from my library that I've paid for! No refund, no notice, just "this book isn't available in your location". I've been a member for many years and this is shocking!

@afrihost - My line went down twice today within 30min. Neo M sorted it quickly; Dineo M has asked me to plug in a lan cable (which I can't) and then nothing. They stopped replying. Maybe they are bored with my issue. I asked to escalate, no reply. Any other service providers have better support?
