They minimize the slaughter and oppression of Muslims and Christians in the area. And they pretend Israel is the victim when they know Israel is the aggressor. As Israel continues to expand its territory, the liars say that you should ignore the evidence of your eyes and ears. Then they add insult to injury by trying to oppress any American who dares to defy Israel. They try to eliminate any critic of Israel in national media or politics who doesn't kneel. They call them names, try to assassinate their character, so that no one can object to Israel's reign in America. Then the outrageous liars in national media tell us they are the objective ones. The exact opposite of what's true. And the outrageous liars in Congress tell us they are our representatives. The exact opposite of what's true. On the 250th Anniversary of our nation, we need to find our independence again. But this time from Israel and all of its servants in America.

Modern electronic health records are so dysfunctional at organizing information that many health systems now hire full time nurse practitioners or PAs just to “pre chart” before clinic. Their job is to dig through pages of clutter and produce a usable summary so the physician can safely see the patient. Think about that. Hospitals spend tens or hundreds of millions on an EHR that promises efficiency, integration, and better care. And then they turn around and pay six figure salaries to humans whose sole task is to manually summarize what the software should have been able to synthesize in the first place.

@omarsaleemmd I spend 2-3 hours pre charting each clinic. Immensely helpful and also time consuming. Would love for an AI assistant to populate PMHx and PSHx etc. instead of having to manually input it from Care Everywhere mining. And pull in relevant labs, imaging etc.

underrated. precharting has more impact than AI ambient scribes ever will. both in time and outcomes. a) spend more time with pt b) context aware visit, know whats been done before, improves communication, diagnostic acumen and overall experience c) less documentation

Tip for new docs: If a patient comes to your clinic from a facility (retirement home, group home, assisted living, etc), they often hand you their own paper form for you to fill out describing your impression and plan. The answer is: NO. Just print out your note from the visit, and give it to them instead. In 20 years of doing this, nobody has ever objected. Don't do double the work for nothing. Don't just say yes to illogical workflows. Provide great care. Don't be a documentation monkey. #TipsForNewDocs #MehTipsForNewDocs
