Far less prescriptive and far less in terms of skills/procedures than the NMC standards. It's almost like they place more trust/freedom in their approved educators 🤔

@ColinMagee9 @MH_DeservesBett Nothing on neurodiversity, but a great load of teaching on CAMHS thanks to the wonderful @billymurcott . Would have welcomed a lot more on development and trauma, comobidity and addictions. Oddly enough I've never needed to examine buccal cells... A lot of OA/MHSOP though.

@WeMHNurses I was fairly confident, but the cultural aspects made this challenging: strong leadership, ownership, protected time, assimilating the importance of reflective practice, a culture that avoids shaming, involving users/recipients are just some important areas. This doc helps!
