@LPLouisPhilippe Regarding order ID - SA182629410. The order was placed af 28.02.2026. The order is picked up from in bangalore and is to be delivered to bangalore. Delivery date was 05.03.2026. Its 10.03.2026 now. The order just moved between 3 hub and never gets delivered.

@AdityaBirlaGrp @LPLouisPhilippe @AdityaBirlaGrp - the question is of accountability. You need to understand the urgency and trauma that forces a consumer to tag the parent company. LP has no answer and seriousness to solve this issue. As a parent company you need to put these affairs in place.

@TataMotors 1/3 Bought Tata Tiago XZ on 19 june, 2025 (5 years will be over next month) from Goldrush motors, Lucknow. This is the condition of the exhaust pipe within 5 years of use( 20k kms done only). Went to Goldrush service center who just gave absurd reason for this.

@TataMotors_Cars Reattaching the image of the exhaust with which I am driving to make you realise that the resolution time is too slow. Clear negligence on your part. I repeat again this is the exhaust of a vehicle which is yet to do 5 yrs and 20k kms. @TataMotors @TataCompanies

Plus no information on the spare part(3000 INR paid). The car with “TATA” brand is running on road with a sound as of a 20 yr old tempo. No respect for consumers #TataMotors #Tiago

3/3 The image tells a thousand words, for a car which is < 5 yrs of age & so less driven.On top of this with no explanation available, there was no spare part available. Total cost told is 9500 INR (3000 taken as advance to order the part). Is this what tata quality has come to?

2/3 They gave all sort of reason ranging from catalytic convertor to excessive heat. They told this is normal and does happen. For me this a clear reality check on the cheap materials being used in our cars. Normal wear and tear like this? Can any of your engineer justify this?
