I was charged £194.82, then had to spend a further £50 on an Uber, and told that it was 'my fault' even though the user before me had left the car without enough charge, and the car showed the wrong distance remaining, please can you relook at this @Zipcar

@Zipcar I was told it would take 2 hours for help to arrive and I said that we couldn't wait as we needed to get the child. The car was safe and thankfully so were we although it couldv'e stopped on the motorway, instead of an apology from @Zipcar for the risk and inconveincne

@Zipcar I am so disappointed with the way a journey of mine was handled. I have been a loyal customer for years now. I was charged £192.82 for being put in a very dangerous situation and only driving for 14 miles, see comments on this tweet for further details.
