@freodockers The selection of Darcy has single handedly cost us the win. He looks like a competition winner - played them back into the game

It’s 2026 and while our ability to fly a metal tube 35,000ft above the earth is impressive, the ongoing inability of @VirginAustralia to provide wifi while doing so is even harder to believe.

"Pretty s*** stat, isn't it?" Travis Head and our very own Josh Schönafinger had a good laugh about this trend in Trav's game. #Ashes

People say England don't learn lessons but eight years ago in Australia Duckett got pissed and poured a drink over James Anderson's head. This Ashes tour he got pissed and, very diligently in my view, tried to get an Uber to the nets. So maybe think about that before criticising.

The good news is England are now going to Adelaide, which is: - The home ground for both Australia's openers - Also home for Michael Neser who's just taken five-for - A venue where Nathan Lyon has taken more wickets than any other - Where Pat Cummins is due to return Goodo.

If you remove all balls bowled to Steve Smith, Jofra Archer's career Test bowling .. .. strike rate goes from 63.37 to 59.26 .. average goes from 32.09 to 29.69 .. wicket tally goes from 54 to 54 #AUSvENG

Mark Waugh’s “just a player” comment on Pope, and then the very next-ball wicket, made for an epic moment in the commentary box.

Scores tied for the series! England 30/670 off 143.5 overs Australia 18/670 off 138.3 overs So… far less wickets, far slower to score, seven more ducks, couple more dropped catches. Gotta love Bazball 🤣

The Ashes is upon us… England has a better team, a better captain, and better management. The Urn is coming home, and I genuinely think we’ll beat Australia either 4-0 or 5-0. Good luck ⁦@benstokes38⁩ and your team of swashbuckling Bazballers. No mercy - destroy! 👊👊

OK that REALLY is crappy umpiring and potentially game-changing. 150 metre reversal of free kick is just garbage. Double goal after extraordinary controversial call is an even bigger overreaction. No feel for circumstances in either case. Terrible calls. #aflcatslions

@SimonCollins74 @georgieparker Adelaide using mental health to lessen the punishment for an act aimed at degrading somebody's else's mental health is all kinds of garbage. The AFL accepting it just proves what complete phonies they are.

@georgieparker Spot on. In junior footy, the AFL (via local bodies) add to volunteers’ workloads with “themed” rounds that are nothing more than lip-service UNLESS they back up the symbolism with action.
