For those saying they don’t see the difference between base/Age of Ultron Ultron…it is very minor You can see the face, shoulders, and chest have minor differences I hope it helps having them side by side like this

Josh Sawyer says Fallout: New Vegas was designed to catch Fallout 3 players off guard. In a recent interview, he explained that Obsidian wanted players to realize right away that New Vegas was a different kind of RPG. Instead of having enemies scale to your level like in Fallout 3, many areas have a fixed difficulty, so wandering into the wrong place too early can get you killed. One of the best examples is Quarry Junction, where players can run into Deathclaws almost immediately after leaving the starting area. Sawyer explained the idea behind it: "It's to teach the player, 'Hey, this is not actually Fallout 3. Things work a little differently. You're going to get your ass handed to you if you're not careful.'"
