Pls i want to know if i can get my tenant arrested for what he did. when he got the apartment from me and moved in, the pumping machine was bad and i plead with him to be patient with me while i look for money to buy a new one as we have fixed this one several times but it keeps on having issues. He said he can not wait and he mentioned that he will buy a new one. He did as he mentioned and he hand over the old one to me and everything was going fine. I had a need of his apartment, i served him Notice to Quit and i explained to him so he won't feel offended. He agreed to quit after his rent expires His rent expires last week and this man removed the pumping machine without my consent and approval He took the old pumping from the backyard where i kept it and fix it back into the borehole, when he know so well that the old pumping machine is not working. Although he fixed all damage done to the floor and the surrounding but i feel the new pumping machine is now part of the property and he doesn’t have right over it anymore the moment he installed it for public use.
