When people talk about the ‘average’ cost of R&D in pharma, I almost immediately switch off… There are almost no ‘average’ companies, even in the top 30, and the differences are huge. Talking averages is a McK-like misdirection - there are lessons in here

I grew up in a country without fluoride in the water supply and I need you to know my dental health is awful and so annually expensive. It can be hard to get a four year old to use fluoride additives.

@adamfeuerstein I think this will gut the agencies of competent people & institutional memory. We will see appointees like Joseph Lapado or biohacker tech bros who don’t understand science or policy, or Patrick Soon-Shiong who will do whatever is politically expedient. Going to be a rocky ride😳
