@bioland2 @kingrazzy042 You don't get that VDM is an online police not an activist. Activists are the ones who rescue a nation, and that's Omoyele Sowore. Tell VDM to stop using the state resources to fight a citizen like him. VDM can do whatever he wants but don't use the state for ur personal gain.
English

This VDM vs Blord really shows that Nigerians don't really want a working country. They just want to be on the 'faaji' side.
Because tell me how a 'poor' man is getting the needed justice against the 'rich' man, and we are still complaining. What do we really want?
A rich man tries to trample on the right of a poor man, he was even boasting of how his connections will shield him, but somehow, the poor man get the justice that will ordinarily be the same in a saner clime...but some of us are still crying. What do you want?
A country where anything goes? A country where connection shield the rich?
I don't like VDM, I don't hate him too. I understand what he's doing. He's not always right (in my view), but he's right this time, and every decent law in the world agrees with him too. If you think otherwise, then the Nigeria we have now fit you perfectly, don't bother to clamour for change!

English

@Ghostpop89 @kingrazzy042 Yeah, when he was helping an Igbo man to collect his 650 million naira from an Igbo fraudster two weeks ago....that was him fighting personal battles?
This same Blord v VDM beef started because he was helping some people to call out Blord for defrauding them.
Nigerians, prrrh

@AOchiawuto Some of you are so dull, it's impractically impossible to educate you.
Abeg wallow in your ignorance, I don't have the strength
English

The problem I have in this current generation in Nigeria, is young adults fools, and old white hair fools, remember a fool can grow old too. They think they have wisdom, but looking at them, their heads are empty. We have to clear our conscience before judgment. None of us encourages VDM for blackmailing Blord of fraud and trying to destroy his reputation and brands, nor encourage identity theft by B-Lord which was done out of anger. Even an armed robber has the privilege of freedom. VDM escorted Blord to prison is like “Hey, Nigerians look, I locked him up in Kuje, I have the power” That’s a symptom of Oppressor. A case that has not started. You have reminded the accused. What about if it later happens that he is innocent, how will you redeem back his image? What they did to B-Lord is to Oppress him.
English

First of all, this is not a defamation case. This is a case of unlawful use of another person's image to make money.
The only way out is for him to beg VDM and settle out of court. Because, if the case is decided on it merits, Blord will lose a lot (both freedom and money).
Another way is to hope for dismissal based on technicalities...and that is possible especially with the way VDM is making it a public charade (he might mistakenly run foul of the law himself).
Apart from that, Blord don enter am o
English

@bioland2 @TempoBase @doplarry VDM can slam him with a 200.million lawsuit for defamation that's how it's solved in developed countries

Before people rush to react emotionally to what Omoyele Sowore said about B-Lord and Kuje Prison, let’s be clear about what is actually at stake. This is not about personalities, it’s about power and how it is being abused. There is absolutely nothing admirable about using influence to drag someone into detention over what appears to be a civil matter. That is not justice, it is repression dressed up as authority.
From everything we can see, the issue involving B-Lord looks like something that should be handled through dialogue, settlement, or civil legal channels, not imprisonment. The moment disputes like this are escalated into criminal cases, it signals a dangerous willingness to weaponize the system. Prison should never be a tool for settling personal scores or proving who holds more power.
Let’s call it what it is: using connections in the police or judiciary to lock someone up to show dominance is an abuse of power.
It undermines the very foundation of justice and turns institutions into instruments of fear. Today it’s B-Lord. Tomorrow it could be anyone who crosses the wrong person.
That is why Sowore stance matters. It is not about excusing wrongdoing, if any exists, but about drawing a hard line against the misuse of state machinery. Due process is not optional. Justice cannot be selective. And power must never be allowed to operate without accountability.
Any society that stays silent in the face of this kind of behavior is slowly accepting injustice as normal. And once that line is crossed, it becomes harder and harder to reclaim fairness, freedom, and the rule of law.

@GossipMillNaija The day VDM go open this one book ehn.....ordinary Honest bunch podcast wey he go jamtalk that time, he dey cry for help, dey comot mucus for nose.
English

Breaking News: “I am in Possession of a video of VeryDarkMan and a Nigerian SAN making L0v£ with each other if VDM dares try the n0n$£n$£ he is doing to BLord with me I will release the video” - Comedian DeeOne vows, says VDM is a c0ward who is scared of him because he has evidence that can send VDM to 14years in Prison with hard Labour
English

This theory would have been more tenable if the same VDM has not come down hard on these same "people".
I think VDM's main shield is his political neutrality. People in power respect that because they always want to court the neutrals to be on their side.
But, the moment he crossed to one of the major political divide, that's when they will start treating him as the enemy
English

Still on the matter, VDM appears everywhere there's danger, he's funded.
He challenges authorities and people wealthier and more influential than he is.
If you want to gain clout, contact VDM.
But we are not seeing the bigger picture;
He can not be this bold if there's no force backing him that's more powerful!
SUG president was picked up, harassed and tortured by the DSS under Seyi Tinubu's orders, someone more influential than VDM offline, but he "forgave" and overlooked VDM when he claimed Mitchy was sucking his lollipop.
If you still cannot connect the dots, then you're a burden to your people.
English

@TempoBase @doplarry All these emotional blackmail is very funny.
So, let me ask you.....what should have been the best way to handle the situation?
If you can give a coherent and reasonable option, I will apologize and take the tweet down.
English

Exactly my thought.
Because all these shalayeing I'm seeing, anyone that can read between the line will know he probably saw a fine girl he wanted to 'activate' with movie appearance. He conveniently leave the part where something was dropped for something to germinate.
And if that's the case, she will never see him as a boss. He can cry from now till eternity, he will always been seen that bros that took advantage of her down moment.
English

I doubt this is the entire story, did you at any point try to sleep with her? She may feel unindebted to you because she has you with her body. It may also be that you didn’t financially reward her hardwork as most bosses used to do in those days. Not everyone is ungrateful.
In a case that non of the above happened, move on and forget she existed.
English

Lolz....the 26 days is just the introduction.
If dem decide the case finish ehn....unless he beg VDM, his freedom will be the last thing on his mind.
And even at that, he will still have to come out publicly to retract the statement....and considering their public beef, that will be worse than a death sentence.
English

@ultimate_kombo Kombo I’m saying 26 days is too small. 2 months or more would have been better.
And for that cater, him mind no go touch ground.
English

Trust me guys, I see all the tears and it’s very soothing to me. So now you guys know that impersonation is a criminal offense ba? When that’s exactly what VDM does with a touch of criminal defamation. whenever VDM is corrected you say the government is persecuting him, but he has the right to use his connections to persecute another individual right? Clowns
English

I have read about the court-ordered detention of an individual known as B-Lord, and I must say this clearly that no one should celebrate the incarceration of any person under the color of law.
I have reached out to my astute rights lawyer, Marshal D F Abubakar, urging him to disengage from the process.
We must all agree that sending B-Lord to prison is not a victory for legal brilliance or advocacy. Rather, it risks emboldening a system of oppression that weaponizes the law against citizens.
Justice must never be reduced to punishment for its own sake. I will work to ensure this case is discontinued and B-Lord is released without further delay.

English

@sowore I initially thought this was a skit from VDM, so VDM now has the police and corrections in his pocket to be able to pull this off? and then come online with crocodile tears against the government. You send an individual to jail for a civil matter?
English

You hear that statement "make we negotiate", that's the MO.
Very annoying. I really don't want to engage in bigotry, but this thing is common with the Igbos. I don't even know where the audacity comes from.
And it would have been more understandable if it was a practice they can accommodate in the east.
English

@OmiworeA @iamChigoo It doesn't work like that bro......haba. Your guy carry babe enter, dem no suppose tell you to excuse nah.
Na dem suppose dey use style tell you make you chill. But, you gats get one errand wey you wan go at that particular moment.
English

@iamChigoo TBH, both are at fault. He should've just texted his friend Coming w/ GF, pls excuse us when arriving. OK he didn't, Common sense is uncommon 4 the friend to just let them have their privacy. That's where the second one is at fault. But at the end, they will be alrt
English

@mardortii @NigAffairs @woye1 Person wey dem suppose leave the door wide open for make he enter......make dem lap am for jail
English

@NigAffairs @woye1 Why is that guy dragging door with Dss?? Did he want to follow him
