Bryan convinced me to do the same - focus and retool my sleep. I’ve been using Whoop for about 6 weeks now. I find the app horrible. But the data is valuable. I tried Oura in the past but, like you, found the form factor uncomfortable. My biggest disconnect with all of this is where the Sleep Performance is 100% but the Recovery is modest/poor. It’s not clear to me how to boost recovery when sleep performance is high and I didn’t drink or stay up late.
