@Philips Okay, as per your policy I’m eligible for a 7-day replacement for a defective product, and your support confirmed it. Then why am I being asked to visit a service centre for a DOA certificate? Why this extra step within the replacement window? Please clarify publicly.

Do online delivery companies think consumers are fools? Ordered fruits from @ZeptoNow got a dry, spoiled muskmelon. Complained, and now the refund will take 4–5 days. No product, money stuck... So, What did I even get? @fssaiindia @jagograhakjago
