@birchenall @MicrosoftHelps @WhichUK Not yet - they’ve basically replied once saying ‘it’s out of warranty, you’re on your own’ and haven’t responded since. I know it’s out of warranty but selling me a refurbed laptop as ‘new’ is a breach of contract!

Bought a “brand new” Microsoft Surface direct from the store. Turns out it had superglued screws, water damage, and now it’s dead. Microsoft won’t reply. Anyone else had problems like this? @MicrosoftHelps @WhichUK #Surface #ConsumerRights #MicrosoftFail

Hello @VeoliaUK, my paper wasn’t collected this morning. The blue bin was emptied but the bundles as the instructions on your website were not collected. Please could you send someone to take them away ASAP?

@birchenall @VeoliaUK @sccstreetsahead Wow...it literally says on their instructions that extra paper and card will be collected as long as it’s “no bigger than your blue bin” - something seems amiss here - as your photo clearly shows that the extra fits in the blue bin. Interested to see what @VeoliaUK do here!
