One thing that confused me in The Boys finale: The show keeps establishing that the sea creatures turned on Deep because of the pipeline spill 3-15 Xander says it, the dying fish mention it Then Deep lands in the water and suddenly they’re all yelling “Her name was Ambrosius!” How would random sea creatures even know who Ambrosius was or that Deep killed her? Feels like the reason they hated him changed halfway through.

@korysverse only thing I can think is that they needed homelander alone, and she's the only one that could fly, and maybe she didn't wanna be nearby and lose her powers in the blast? ur right though like she still should've got a punch in at LEAST.

@paperscone From S2-4 there was 1 big always accurate leaker, far more likely than not that them having contacts on set was true. Until now nobody from the show openly indicated that she stopped acting; the leaking was annoying but this probably was at least said by a crew member

If she's retired then that gives a lot of credibility to the leaker's claim about her being relentlessly bullied by Starr until she left the industry :///

I’m not seeing enough praise for Karl Urban. It’s not easy playing such a morally complex character. A protagonist teetering on antagonist at times. Throughout 5 seasons, Urban was an absolute gem! Legendary performance!
