Registered sex offenders should NEVER under any circumstances have access to children. Currently, federal and state laws do not prohibit sex offenders from using surrogacy to obtain children. Our Protecting Children in Surrogacy Act closes this dangerous loophole by banning registered sex offenders from obtaining children through surrogacy arrangements. The legislation imposes criminal penalties of up to 10 years in federal prison for violations. The fact predators can use surrogacy to get their hands on kids is monstrous. We are shutting it down and making it a federal crime. If you are on the sex offender registry, surrogacy will not be your backdoor to children.

@WomenBeingAwful I came accross some posts saying that these types of rich prositutes are some of the biggest human traffickers around. They use their social media presence to prey upon young girls and women saying that if they also prostitute themselves they will become rich as well. Truly evil!
