@Experian Victim of Identity theft. I can not create an Experian account which is necessary to freeze my credit. I have tried every phone number I can find online. Each one sends me to a bot that hangs up on me. This has to be illegal.

@FitbitSupport Got home from work and put it in the charger. It won't come on at all now.

@FitbitSupport Battery was fully charged yesterday at 1pm. I turned off all notifications and heartrate monitor. It's completely dead now. Less than 24 hours, no extras on.
