I find it very baffling that there’s no open side flanker in the squad for Sunday, really don’t get the thinking behind that. Crazy decision by Steve Tandy.

@biss1018 @LlionRhys2 It's relevant to you being so dismissive of the opinion of others. So enlighten us, so at least we have some context. As for our 7s being too small, I disagree. The issue we have is an underpowered front 5. Deaves doesn't have this issue at club level, so its team not a HD issue

@_MisterSnow @LlionRhys2 How does playing level enter the conversation? I just think it’s quite obvious why Tandy would pick a bigger back row for this game. The 7’s we have just aren’t big enough. International game is a completely game to club/regional.

@biss1018 I agree with everything you say 100%, but he shouldn't be calling people 'fake fans' for not turning up on Sunday. That's my point. Fans make a choice just like he did. Both are fair.

That young Wales side needed your experience, yet you quit and carried on playing top-level rugby in France when you were needed most. Obviously you’re free to choose what’s best for you, and 'real fans' are free to attend or not without being patronised.

One thing I always agreed with Gatland on is that there are some players who just aren’t test-level, no matter how good they look on a boggy Brewery Field. A few of those do seem to slip through the net with Tandy.
