I worked at a private high school.When our students walked they received an empty diploma holder. They had to come to the campus the next week to get their certificate. If they pulled ANY stunts at all, they had to serve 5 full days detention. It worked.

If you're a boomer in your 60s and 70s and you own property and are well off but your children are struggling and can't even buy a home, what the hell are you doin? Your time is over. It's their time. Help them. Be a good parent, do whatever it is you need to do... sell the house if you need to, give them some kickbacks to help buy their first home, etc. Life is short. Be a good parent and don't squat on stuff that doesn't matter. Give them their time.

My son just aged out of my health insurance. Two choices for him. Pay over $1,400 a month for COBRA or Pay over $400 a month on the Health Marketplace, which is actually the least expensive plan there. Apparently, I'm going to be paying for his cell phone forever to help him out. The system is not set up to help young adults succeed. Housing unaffordable. School is unaffordable and Healthcare unaffordable and you have the guy in the White House more concerned about gold for his ballroom and blue paint for the reflecting pool. #DemsUnited
